Useless Question

Sitting here in my wheelchair the medical community says that I am a fall risk. Going to the doctor is frustrating one of the first questions they ask is if I have fallen in the last year. One reason for the frustration is that my last appointment with this doctor was four months ago, and the same person asked the same question to me.

Is it possible to say, "we know that you haven't fallen in the last year, and we have a program available for you to take if you want". This program is not on sheets of exit appointment paperwork but a sign up and visit program. Is it possible to take the time to put some next step ideas in the patient's mind? My case they are on to the next question with no time for conversation.

The feeling I get is that they are waiting for me to say "yes" I have fallen. For this they will have interest but helping to maintain active lifestyle
